There’s no way that title could possibly be misconstrued.
Anyway, here’s the watch I fixed up (well, put a new battery into) with the standard orange strap I’ve been using for a while:
But I found some other straps for it on Amazon:
I like them all (which is why I bought the set) but the Williams-Martini style one (the one that’s fitted in the photo) is my favourite. The orange one really does make the watch pop but I love these striped ones.

I almost bought those exact straps to put on my cheapo Seiko 5, but it has a green face, so they Martini wouldn’t work.

Love the look of the Martini strap! My issue with nylon straps is that they start to smell like my dog's nylon collar after a while.

Throw them in the wash. I’ve been using Maritec Mil-Spec straps for about a decade on my dive watches, won’t go back to regular staps.
Really easy to clean and care for.

As mentioned, I just throw it in with my laundry. No special instructions, just throw it in with your other stuff and it comes out clean and fresh.

I’d agree, with a coloured dial I think I’d opt for a neutral strap, whereas these ones all seem to look fine with a neutral dial watch like mine. The brown one would probably look better with a watch that has an off-white dial.

I’ve been tempted to buy a second Seiko 5 with an awful beige strap, just so it can be used with other straps.
